The creative, not just the numbers. A reel is sent to the model as video with its audio, so the read knows the hook was spoken, how often the edit cuts, and whether the on-screen text agrees with the voiceover. That is matched against how that specific account's audience responded.

Yes. You may only connect an account you own or have been authorised to manage, and you are responsible for telling your client what Contentiser does with their content. The acceptable use policy spells this out.

Only if you want them to. Reads, briefs and ideas are shared by link, and with your agency's name and logo set in settings those pages carry your branding rather than ours.

It is Instagram's own average watch time: how long the average viewer stayed. It is not how much of the video Contentiser watched, which is always the whole thing.

Not per post, and not from anyone. Instagram's API never splits engagement by follower status at any level. What you get instead is how far a post travelled beyond the people already following: new follows, profile visits, and reach against the following count.

Every share link for it is revoked immediately and the stored Instagram credential is cleared. The posts and analyses you already paid for are kept, so reconnecting restores the history rather than re-reading and re-charging for it.

Separately from the subscription. AI generation and payments to human creators are charged as used, and what you charge your client on top is yours to decide.
