These terms govern your use of Contentiser. Contentiser is operated by Musket Goose (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa.
What Contentiser does
Contentiser connects to Instagram accounts you are authorised to manage, reads the creative and performance of their posts, and produces analysis, recommendations and briefs from them.
The analysis is produced by automated models. It is our reading of your content and is offered as a professional opinion to act on, not as a guarantee of any result.
Your account and your clients
You may only connect an Instagram account you own or have been authorised by its owner to manage. You are responsible for holding that authorisation and for telling your client what Contentiser does with their content.
Where you share a read, brief or idea link onward, you are responsible for who you send it to. Links require the recipient to hold an account, and you can revoke every link for an account at any time by disconnecting it.
Plans and payment
Plans are sold by the number of client accounts you connect. Production costs, meaning AI generation and payments to human creators, are separate from the subscription and are charged as used.
Billing is not yet enabled in the product. Until it is, any plan is arranged with us directly.
What you keep
You keep ownership of your content and your clients' content. We do not claim any right in it beyond what is needed to provide the service to you.
We keep ownership of Contentiser itself, including the analysis models and the product.
Ending it
You can disconnect any account at any time. Disconnecting revokes every share link for that account immediately and clears the stored access credential.
You can delete your Contentiser account at any time from Settings. That deletes everything attached to it and cannot be undone.
We may suspend an account that breaches the acceptable use policy.
Liability
Contentiser is provided as-is. We are not liable for commercial decisions taken on the basis of its analysis, nor for the performance of any content made from its briefs.
