Last updated 8 October 2026

This is a working draft. It describes accurately what the product does today and is under legal review. Write to systems@contentiser.com with anything you need confirmed before you rely on it.

What Contentiser may not be used for. Contentiser is operated by Musket Goose (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa.

Accounts you may connect

Only an Instagram account you own, or one you have been authorised by its owner to manage. Connecting an account you do not have authority over is a breach of these terms and of Meta's.

What you may not do

Use Contentiser to analyse a competitor's account, or any account you do not manage.

Attempt to identify individual members of an audience from the data the product shows you.

Resell raw Contentiser output as a data product rather than as part of your own service.

Attempt to extract, reverse engineer or retrain on the analysis models.

Use the product to produce content that is unlawful, that harasses, or that misrepresents who made it in a way that breaches Instagram's own rules on AI-generated media.

White-labelling

You may present Contentiser's output under your own agency's brand. You may not present Contentiser itself as software you built, nor represent to a client that no third party processes their content.

If you breach this

We may suspend or close the account. Where a breach involves someone else's data we may be obliged to report it.
